Frequently asked questions about licensing and purchasing soundtracks.
1. How does the purchase process work?
The process is simple and straightforward.
After choosing your soundtrack at thealberto.com, send an email to thealberto@gmail.com with the title(s) of the selected track(s).
You'll receive all necessary information by email — including payment options, the license of use, and digital signature instructions.
2. How to buy your soundtrack
Acquiring a soundtrack from thealberto.com is simple and secure.
Follow the steps below:
Choose your track
Explore our catalog at thealberto.com/soundtracks and select the ideal track for your project.
Request your track
Send an email to thealberto@gmail.com with the chosen track title(s). When you request, you'll receive a preview of the license of use to review what you're buying, before closing the deal and paying.
Choose your payment method
- Pix (Brazil only) – available in BRL, following the daily exchange rate.
- For Pix and tax invoice: full name or company name, address, phone with area code, CPF/tax ID.
- Stripe (main – worldwide) – pay by credit card, debit card, or digital wallet.
- Only name or company name and an identification document are required.
- PayPal (optional – Brazil and international) – additional option upon request.
Sign your digital license
After payment, the complete license will be sent for digital signature via Clicksign.
Download your files
Within 48 business hours after payment confirmation, you will receive
- WAV Master (high-quality audio)
- WAV optimized for audiovisual use
- MP3 (reference file)
- Official PDF license
Quick questions
- Is the license exclusive? No. It's a non-exclusive license. If you need exclusivity, please contact us via thealberto@gmail.com to discuss custom terms.
- Is the license lifetime? Yes. Once purchased, your license is valid forever, worldwide. You can use it as many times as you like, in as many different projects as you like, with a single payment.
- Can I use the track in any type of project? Yes, as long as it's for audiovisual purposes — films, games, advertising, internet, events, etc.
- Does buying the license include copyright? No. Buying the license of use is different from buying the copyright. The copyright and related rights of the track remain with the author.
- Pix (Brazil only) – available in BRL, following the daily exchange rate.
3. What exactly do I receive?
You will receive
- WAV Master (high-quality file)
- WAV optimized for audiovisual use
- MP3 (reference)
- Official PDF license
If you need the track in another format, please get in touch. When possible, we'll send it in the format that best suits your needs.
4. How much does the license cost?
Each non-exclusive license costs US$ 500.00 (five hundred dollars).
Payments accepted via Pix (Brazil), Stripe, and PayPal (optional).
5. What is not allowed?
The following is not allowed:
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the soundtrack.
- Create a new commercial recording (remix or adaptation intended for sale).
However, editing, sampling, or trimming the music for use within your audiovisual project (film, game, ad, etc.) is allowed.
6. How long does it take and what do I receive after payment?
Delivery is made within 48 business hours after payment confirmation. You will receive by email a download link for the files (Google Drive) and the digitally signed official PDF license.
7. What if I lose my files?
Don't worry — we can resend your files if needed. Just confirm your contact and purchase details.
8. Can I request a custom soundtrack?
Yes. If it fits within our artistic and stylistic possibilities, we can discuss it via thealberto@gmail.com.
9. How does the digital signature work?
All licenses are signed digitally via Clicksign, ensuring authenticity and legal validity.
You'll receive a secure link for signing, and both parties will have access to the final version.
